Pear Tree Cottage is set in a quiet shady garden with views across the valley beyond and sheep in the fields around, on the edge of the pretty village of Manton, and within 1/4 mile of Rutland Water. There are two pretty guest rooms, a sunny conservatory for breakfast and a charming and comfortable sitting room. The award-winning pub is just a 200 yard stroll away for that restorative evening drink and something to eat. Off road parking, cycle storage, free wi-fi. No smoking anywhere on property.

Breakfast is served in the sunny conservatory between 7.00 a.m. and 9.00 a.m. (earlier or later by special arrangement). Choose any or all of the following.......

Grilled sausage (including vegetarian), bacon, mushroom, tomato, baked beans.

The Bird Fair takes place each August and is just 1 ½ miles away. Burghley Horse Trials, Stamford, takes place end August/early September and is 9 miles away.
